Our rig is fully self-contained — we bring our own water, our own power, our own everything. We work in driveways from Newport Coast to San Clemente, in parking structures at Big Canyon and Pelican Hill, in office lots in Aliso Viejo, and on private estates where the cars rarely leave the property. If we cannot meet you where the car already is, we do not deserve your business.

Hand wash, every time
No automated brushes, no rotary buffers on delicate paint, no shortcuts that introduce swirl marks. Two-bucket hand-mitt wash with pH-neutral soap on every vehicle.
Paint-safe by default
Foam pre-soak, gentle decontamination, dual-stage drying with plush microfiber. Safe on original paint, ceramic-coated panels, and matte finishes alike.
Premium products only
The shelf in the rig is professional-grade — the same brands used in show-car prep. We do not buy the cheaper version of anything that touches your paint, leather, or trim.
Pre-flight inspection
Before we start, we walk the vehicle with you to flag any swirl marks, paint chips, water spots, or interior concerns. No surprises after the work is done.
Built for repeat customers
Most detailers chase one-off jobs. We built Autiv differently. The customers we want are the ones who detail their cars regularly, who notice the difference between a $30 drive-through and an actual hand wash, and who want a single trusted detailer they can call month after month.
That is why we built the online booking system, the My Garage vehicle profiles, and the recurring availability engine. They are not gimmicks. They are the infrastructure that makes the second appointment, and the tenth, take 60 seconds instead of a phone call.
Luxury, classic, and exotic
The cars that pass through our schedule are a fair reflection of South Orange County: Teslas, Porsches, Range Rovers, classic 911s, restored Broncos, Ferraris, AMGs, daily-driver SUVs, and the occasional show-grade build prepping for Concours. Each gets the same hand-wash discipline, the same gentle decontamination, the same dual-stage drying — adapted to the paint, trim, and materials of that specific vehicle.
If your car is rare, original-paint, or unusual, please mention it when booking. We will plan extra time, source the right products, and treat the appointment with the care that platform deserves.
Where we work
Autiv serves Newport Beach, Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, Mission Viejo, Laguna Beach, San Clemente, and Aliso Viejo, plus the surrounding neighborhoods of South Orange County. Hours are Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM, with same-week availability typical and longer windows reserved for full-detail and exotic work.
