Do you come to my home or office?
Yes — Autiv is a fully mobile detailing service. We bring the entire setup to your driveway, garage, office parking lot, or country club. No shop visit required.
Do you bring your own water and power?
Yes. Our mobile rig is fully self-contained with onboard water and power. We do not need to use your hose or outlet, and we leave the workspace cleaner than we found it.
Can you detail at an HOA, apartment, or condo with car wash bans?
Yes. Because our setup is fully self-contained with onboard water and no runoff, we operate in driveways, parking structures, and HOA properties where DIY car washing is restricted. If your HOA requires vendor documentation, we can provide it.
Do I need to be home during the detail?
No — you do not need to be home. Many customers leave the car keys with us or in a lockbox while they work or run errands. We will text you when the detail is complete.

What's the difference between a Maintenance Wash and a Full Detail?
A Maintenance Wash is a thorough hand wash, interior vacuum, tire shine, dashboard wipe-down, and streak-free windows — designed to keep a regularly detailed car looking great between full details. A Full Detail adds clay bar treatment, paint polish, and protective wax, plus a deeper interior clean.
How long does a detail take?
A Maintenance Wash takes about 60 to 120 minutes depending on vehicle size. A Full Detail takes about 2 to 3 hours. Add-ons such as seat shampoo extend the appointment further; your exact duration is shown during booking.
Do you detail Teslas and other EVs?
Absolutely. Teslas and other EVs are a regular part of our work. We use EV-safe products, soft microfiber, and pH-neutral soaps that protect sensitive paint finishes and sealed undercarriages.
Can you detail classic, vintage, or exotic cars?
Yes — classic and luxury detailing is a specialty of ours. We use hand-mitt washing, pH-neutral soap, gentle decontamination, and careful drying. We are comfortable with original paint, chrome, leather, and fabric tops. Please mention the vehicle when booking so we can plan accordingly.
Do you offer ceramic coating or paint correction?
Ceramic coating and multi-stage paint correction are in our pipeline as add-on services. If you are interested, mention it in the booking notes or call us and we will provide a custom quote based on your vehicle's paint condition.
Do you shampoo seats and clean stains?
Yes. Seat shampoo is available as an add-on at $40 for the first seat and $25 per additional seat, up to 9 seats. We use hot water extraction and stain-targeted treatments suitable for leather, cloth, and Alcantara.
Do you remove pet hair and beach sand?
Yes. Pet hair and beach sand are two of the most common interior problems we solve in South Orange County. Our extraction tools, brushes, and air tools pull embedded hair and sand out of carpet fibers and seat seams.

How do I book an appointment?

How far in advance should I book?
Same-week availability is typical. For Saturdays and busy seasonal windows we recommend booking at least 7 to 10 days ahead. Our online booking shows live availability so you can pick the soonest slot.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Call or text (949) 520-8366 to cancel or reschedule. We appreciate at least 24 hours of notice so we can offer the slot to another customer.
How much does mobile car detailing cost?
Maintenance Wash starts at $55 for sedans, $75 for SUVs, $95 for 3-row vehicles, and $114 for vans. Full Detail starts at $130 for sedans and scales by vehicle size up to $204. Seat shampoo is $40 for the first seat and $25 per additional seat.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Cash is also welcome. Fleet and recurring customers can arrange invoicing.

Recurring service, fleets & business
Do you offer recurring service or detail subscriptions?
Many of our customers book recurring Maintenance Washes every 2 to 4 weeks. Save your vehicle in My Garage to make repeat booking effortless. We can also build a custom recurring schedule on request.
Do you service business fleets or dealerships?
Yes — we offer fleet detailing for dealerships, executive car services, and high-end collections across South Orange County. Volume pricing, scheduling flexibility, and per-vehicle invoicing are available. Email gavin@autivbooking.com for a fleet quote.
Are you insured?
Yes. Autiv Detailing carries general liability insurance. Fleet and dealership clients can request a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing them as additional insured.
